GageMux USB 4 & 8 Port Gage Interfaces are available
On July 1, 2009 the GageMux USB with RS232, USB and Keyboard Outputs was released for immediate delivery. The GageMux four-port and eight-port designs make connecting multiple gages <!–[endif]–>to a single computer port fast and simple. Now you can support your old PC’s with RS232 ports and No USB ports, and the new computers that are only available with USB ports. We have included in each interface the option for RS232, USB and USB Keyboard outputs. You choose the best option for your data collection station.
The NO Software Wedge Logo is Here!
In the next week look for our new “NO Software Wedge” logo popping up everywhere. This campaign is an effort to educate customers how to enter data into any windows application (MS Excel, Word, Internet Explorer or any web application) without any complicated software packages. Our new GageMux and SmartCable USB Keyboard interfaces make your gage data look like it was entered using a keyboard (we engineered the interfaces to look like a Dell keyboard).
ASDQMS goes GREEN
All the ASDQMS products are designed to be economical and environmentally friendly (GREEN Based). The New GageMux and SmartCable USB models include power saving modes as well as designs using GREEN manufacturing processes and components. We’re trying to do our part in saving this planet for our children!
Wireless Mitutoyo-UWAVE SmartCable Adapters
Most customers are asking us for inexpensive wireless gage interfaces. You can’t blame them, who wouldn’t want to stop replacing gage cables forever (so long as the wireless transmitters don’t disappear from the plant). We have researched the technology and have come to the exhaustive conclusion that Mitutoyo’s NEW UWAVE wireless system has all the others beat. So we decided to work with Mitutoyo’s solution by providing SmartCable UWAVE interfaces for the NON-Mitutoyo gages: RS232, Ono-Sokki, Chicago Dial Indicator, Mahr Federal, Fowler OPTO gages, weigh scales and more… Our nifty SmartCable UWAVE interfaces works on its own NiCad battery for years.
Genesis Data Collectors gets new Ethernet Options
Allot of our customers using the Genesis collectors can attest to their ruggedness and you can’t beat the longevity of these units. We are still manufacturing new units, repairs, eprom updates and we even add a few new gages to the gage interface eprom every month.
